Terms of service

These terms govern your use of WealthFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your password private and for the activity of people you invite to your workspace. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Plans, trials and payment

New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, access to the dashboard requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in rupees and exclude GST, which is added on the invoice.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund periods that have started, unless the law requires it.

Your data

The financial data you enter belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep and for any tax or accounting decisions you make using them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.

Service and liability

We work to keep WealthFlow available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.
