Privacy policy

This policy explains what WealthFlow collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and business name.
• Financial records you enter: businesses, accounts, categories, transactions, lending and goals.
• Billing details: plan, payment status and GST information. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, kept in security and audit logs.

How we use it

To run your account, process payments, send service emails and WhatsApp alerts you turn on, keep the service secure and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use your financial records for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the people you invite to your workspace, and the service providers we rely on to operate WealthFlow, such as payment processing, email and messaging. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Each account's data is kept separate from every other account, and sign-ins are protected against repeated guessing.

Your choices

You can update your details in your profile, turn notifications on or off, and ask us to export or delete your data by writing to support@example.com.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. We also remember your light or dark theme choice in your browser.
